Is the system difficult to use?
Accounts can be daunting but Xero has changed the game. It's now easier than ever to create invoices on the go and reconciling your bank in Xero is more like a game!
We've paired Xero with Receipt Bank which means you can manage your receipts on the go by simply taking photographs using the mobile app.
Accounting has never been so simple!
How much bookkeeping advice is included in my monthly fee?
You get unlimited bookkeeping advice through your web portal. You don't need to book an appointment, simply complete the easy to fill help request form and our team will report back. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5.00pm but you'll also have access to Xero's 24/7 online support too.
How do I change from my current accountant to LAUNCHPAD?
Switching is easy! Simply let us know on sign up who your old accountant was and we will contact them to arrange for the transfer of records.
A setup fee may apply depending on the time of year you switch but we will let you know up front.
What are my responsibilities?
LAUNCHPAD will use the data within Xero to prepare your Self Assessment tax return. In order to ensure the return is accurate you need to keep Xero updated with your business' income and expenses.
We recommend that you reconcile your bank account on a regular basis. With the built in automation within Xero you will be surprised how quick and easy it is!

Is there a minimum term or contract?
We use a monthly subscription with a rolling 30-day contract. Your Self Assessment tax return will only be completed after 12 continuous subscription payments have been received, or an additional request has been made via your web portal. If you have not paid for a complete 12 month period, we will not be able to file your Self Assessment tax return and HM Revenue and Customs will still require a return to be submitted.
